Entry requirements for Gabon and how to request an official invitation letter for ATBC2027.

Most international attendees will need a visa to enter Gabon for ATBC2027. We encourage participants to begin reviewing entry requirements early and to consult the Gabonese embassy or consulate in their country of residence.

Visas for US citizens
All registered participants in the conference, including US citizens, will be issued visas to Gabon. A special procedure will be put in place to facilitate visa acquisition for all. More details will be published here as preparations advance.
Invitation letter
Presenters with an accepted contribution can request an official ATBC2027 invitation letter for visa purposes. The details you give must match your passport exactly, since the letter is prepared from them.
